Danielle is the owner / operator of Coach-Haus. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Group Fitness Instructor and Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) with over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Danielle specializes in body recomposition; pre and post natal fitness; menopause suppport and performance-based training. Her approach combines expert coaching, sustainable nutrition guidance and personalized programming.

Meg's enthusiasm for exercise is contagious - as a former cross fit instructor she brings a wealth of knowledge and contagious energy to all of her sessions and classes. She specializes in strength-based programming.

NASM, CPT and senior fitness specialist; Bella is passionate about helping clients move better and feel stronger with a focus on rehab and foundational strength.

Melody is a Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA) and a Fitness Instructor Specialist with a competitive blue belt status in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She brings disciple and precision to her coaching and is dedicated to helping her clients hit their fitness potential.

Jordan (CSEP-CPT) coaches with a focus on smart, purposeful training that fits real life. Every session is grounded in movement quality, long-term progress and showing up better for sport and/or every day life.

Riley Grimmon

Riley is trained by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and follows their practices in all of his sessions.
He currently plays high level rugby and specializes in sports specific and youth training.
Kaylyn Gelata

Kaylyn has been teaching movement since her first teacher training in 2017. With functional movement and nervous system regulation as her guide, Kaylyn's classes aim to leave you feeling more balanced, connected and grounded.
Timber Masterson
(Tennis Pro)
Timber has taught tennis for 30 years at private and public courts in Toronto; at the Club Med resort in the French West Indies, and in Orange County, CA. He trained at Harry Hopman’s Tennis Academy in Florida, played competitively at the national level in the US and Canada, and was a top-ranked junior.

Adam Reynolds

Dr. Adam Reynolds has been involved in the health and wellness industry for 15 years. While attending the University of Western Ontario taking Health Science, he began working as a personal trainer and started making a difference in people’s lives through exercise. This inspired him to take his education and training to the next level.
