Strength Classes
Upper Body (Mondays 8:30am) - A strength-based circuit class targeting the chest, back and arms. All fitness levels welcome.
Arms, Abs and Glutes (Tuesdays 8:30am) - A high energy circuit class targeting biceps, triceps, shoulders, core and glutes. Intermediate fitness level recommended.
Lower Body (Wednesdays 7am) - A strength-based circuit class isolating the glutes, hamstrings and quads. All fitness levels welcome.
Full Body (Fridays 7am + 8:30am) - A full body circuit style class targeting the entire body. Expect a combination of strength and conditioning. Intermediate fitness level recommended.
Foundations (Saturdays 8:30am) - A slow and intentional strength class rooted in functional training. All fitness levels welcome.
Functional Body Building (Mondays 12:15) - An inclusive approach to strength training that combines muscle building with practical, everyday movement patterns. This class helps people of all abilities to build strength, mobility and confidence. All fitness levels welcome.
YOGA + PILATES ClasseS
Pilates (Thursdays 8:30am) - A full body mat workout targeting and toning the arms, legs, glutes and core. Think low weight and high repetitions. All fitness levels welcome.
Slow Flow Yoga (Thursdays 12:15) - A slow flow class helping to stretch and ground your body. Take deep breaths and an even deeper release. All fitness levels welcome.
Pool Classes
Aqua Fit (Thursdays 11am) - 15 minutes of "dry land" training followed by 30 minutes in the pool. This low-impact class is amazing for toning and conditioning while being very gentle on the joints. All fitness levels welcome.
OFF SITE Bootcamps
Royal Hotel Bootcamp (Wednesdays 8:30am) - A lower body circuit class held in the boutique gym at The Royal Hotel. This class targets the glutes, hamstrings and quads. Intermediate fitness level recommended.
Drake Devonshire Bootcamp (Saturdays 9:30am May-September) - A fun full-body class held lakeside on the docks at the Drake Devonshire in Wellington. All fitness levels welcome.
