What are your credentials?

Are your services covered by insurance?

Most of our services are covered by health insurance. An initial assessment by Dr. Adam begins the process for you to submit a claim to your insurance provider for coverage of our services.
Please check with your insurance company regarding specific coverage amounts. Direct billing is available.

What should I expect at my initial chiropractic visit?

Dr. Adam will find out more about your injury and use that information to perform a physical examination of the affected area. Once a diagnosis is established, he will perform a treatment
using hands-on manual therapy and rehabilitative exercises.

I'm nervous to begin working out. What can I expect?

Our personal training sessions are personalized to each client’s current fitness level and ability. Limitations and personal health goals are the guiding principles during your personal training
sessions at Coach-Haus. Expect to perform a warm up, followed by a focused strength and conditioning session and stretching.

What equipment do you have at Coach-Haus?

Coach-Haus has a variety of strength and conditioning equipment including squat rack, pull up bar, dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, assault bikes and a self-powered treadmill.

What do I need to bring to my first training session?

Please come prepared for your workout in athletic clothing and shoes. Please remember to bring water. Towels are complimentary and water can be purchased on site if needed.

Do you offer in-home or virtual sessions?

Yes! We offer Zoom sessions and in-home sessions can be scheduled at an additional charge.

Is there parking available?

There is free street parking available on Queen St.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Debit and E-Transfer.
